Fret not if you are a first timer! SUP is for everyone and we love teaching beginners because

we are confident that you will be paddling in no time under the guidance of our instructors!

SUP is also great for strengthening of your core muscles, improves balancing and is excellent for

cardiovascular health too! It is also a low-impact activity which makes it suitable for anyone to participate

without placing much stress on the body.

Most importantly, it is all about having fun while soaking in some sunshine to boost the body’s production of Vitamin D! Engage us with a peace of mind knowing that you are in safe hands!

Paddle boarding is not difficult with proper guidance! This programme is perfect for beginners whether if you have been or never been on a paddle board before.

Our instructor will take you through the fundamental of paddle boarding while ensuring a good workout and having lots of fun falling into the water.

If you’re not falling, you’re not learning!

This programme is designed for fast learners who want to take their current skills to the next level! You will learn essential paddling techniques and basic manoeuvres while experiencing the fun of falling into the water.

With so much experience in teaching children, we are confident that your child will be having a good time paddle boarding with us. Some children may become frustrated if they cannot stand up on the board right away or if they keep falling into the water, but our instructors are very patient and will provide constant encouragement to the young participants. Our approach is systematic as we will set simple yet achievable goals for the kids to work towards it, accompanied with fun and interesting games!

Looking for some quality family bonding time? Well, look no further! We got you through SUP! Share a board with your child and enjoy the waves and the breeze by the sea while our friendly instructor guides you through the fundamentals of stand up paddleboarding! What is family bonding without a little adventure right? Complete a mini expedition as a family! Don’t worry, we will be there for you all the way!

Join us in our journey as we escape the hustle and bustle of city life to explore the wild side of Singapore! Be greeted by some of our native animals along the way and experience Singapore’s magical greenery in a different perspective! The duration and distances of our expeditions usually range between 3-5 hours and 8-12 kilometres. Our friendly and experienced guides will also optimize the journey based on the ability of our participants.

FRET NOT if you cannot balance on your SUP or is a first timer!

Our arsenal of SUPs includes single (1 person) and also double (2 person) pedal driven SUPs where you can sit back, breathe easy, use your leg to pedal, hands to navigate and explore!

We maintain a low ratio of 1 instructor to 5 participants for the best learning experience!
