RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Kindly inspect the condition of your item upon receiving it. We generally do not process cash refunds if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund with store credits. Please see below for more information on our return policy:
Any return has to be done within 7 days, starting from the date which you received your product. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return as we will not be held responsible if your postage gets lost in transit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, all returned items must be in their original packaging, in unused condition and with all the original tags and labels intact.
To return an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the proof of purchase. We will process your request after receiving and inspecting the condition of the item. Please allow us at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your request.
